These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the flixave website and mobile applications (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
flixave is a personal “Movie Inbox”: it lets you save movies and shows you discover online, identifies them with automated systems, and shows information such as posters, ratings and legal streaming availability. flixave does not host, stream or distribute any movie or show content.
2. Early access
The Service is currently offered as an early-access product. Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We work hard to protect your saved data, but during early access the Service is provided “as is”.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including copyright infringement or piracy.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.
- Only share content to flixave that you are allowed to share.
5. Intellectual property
The flixave name, logo, design and software are our property or licensed to us. Movie posters, titles and metadata belong to their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes. This site uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb.
6. Disclaimers
Streaming availability, ratings and other metadata come from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date. AI identification is highly accurate but not perfect; always double-check before making decisions based on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, flixave shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or 50 USD if you paid nothing).
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
